Marching Band

2022-2023 Marching Band

​The 2022 production was titled "Ragnarok: Fate of the Gods" featuring custom music written by Alex Douthat, and Dylan Segalewitz.  The music, and storyline, was influenced by video game "God of War: Ragnarok."
​
The marching band completed an undefeated regular season winning five 1st place trophies, 15+ caption awards for Best Music/Visual/Effect, and defeating over 19 different bands in the span of five weeks.  At the NJMBDA State Championships, hosted by The College of New Jersey, the Wayne Valley Marching Band placed third out of 12 ensembles, also earning the caption for Best Music!  Finally, the band traveled to MetLife Stadium for USBands National Championships placing 2nd in their division! 

In April/May 2023, the design team will start finalizing the production and schedule for the Fall 2023 season - stay tuned for more info!
